30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied for any reason, products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is in new condition). Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange.
  • Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging when applicable.
  • All returns must include a return authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting Yellow Rocket Customer Services Department at service@yellowrocketmedia.com. Our customer services hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST).  All requests received during these hours will be answered within 24 hours.  Requests received outside these hours will be answered within 24 hours of the next business day.
  • Include a copy of the original packing slip with your return as proof of purchase.
  • Returns received without a Return Authorization number may be assessed a 15% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due.
